Hi there! We are back, and today's routine
involves a medicine ball. This is a great tool to make the workout more
challenging, but if you do not have one you can still use any other ball around
the house. Keep up the good work!

10 Slam down
20 Side Squats w/outs
20 Tap taps
20 Side chops
20 Plank w/pendulum
*For best results repeat this cycle 3-5 times.
