Hi workout warriors! We are back, and today's routine
involves a medicine ball. This is a great tool to make the workout more
challenging, but if you do not have one you can still use any other ball around
the house. The workout consists of 5
different exercises: cardio to increase the heart rate, squats to get stronger
legs, push-ups for a stronger upper body, jumping lunges (plyometrics) to burn
the unwanted fat, and mountain climbers to keep burning calories. If you are a
beginner, perform the push-ups on your knees and for the jumping lunges, just
walk switching legs. I will show you only one round; for best results repeat
3-5 times throughout the day. Keep up the good work!

10 Squats up/out
10 Push ups
10 Jumping lunges
20 Mountain climbers
