Hi there! The
holidays are around the corner and soon we will be enjoying holiday time with
family and friends. When having a good
time it seems like food and drink are always part of the enjoyment. This food
and drink, however, can add up very quickly on your waistline. So, I prepared
this short routine that lasts only 10 minutes. For best results I would
recommend you repeat this routine 3-5 times during the day.
