Hello fitness fanatics! In today's episode we are going
to work the pecs muscle with resistance tubes. RT are the best equipment when
you travel or go on vacation, never miss a workout. In this video we are going
to use the door frame to place the RT and create some resistance.
For demonstration purposes only I am using 3 tubes, but
can be done with only one, just change position once you finish a set. Remember
to concentrate on the muscle you are working, in today's video we target upper
pecs (minor), mayor pecs and expansion. Get ready, click on the picture, and let's begin!
