Busy lifestyle? No problem, we can always make time to
workout. Try to get up 20 minutes earlier and workout before going to work. Use
your lunch time to workout. After work do not turn on the TV, put your tennis
shoes on and go for a few minutes run/walk. Find a friend to workout with, so
you can motivate each other. To add more physical activity during the day use
the stairs when possible, walk the dog, and park at the car as far as you can so
you can increase the walking distance.
Exercise is health, do not try to find time to workout. Make the
time!
