This kind of workout is not just to help you improve flexibility, balance and
strength; it is also a great way to reconnect with yourself.
I have heard from guys saying that yoga is for weak man. I
will disagree on that, I am very fit, and in the first 5 minutes of this
practice I started to sweat. Many of yoga positions require engaging different
muscles for a period of time, allowing you to build lean muscle. So, try at
least for a few minutes, and indulge yourself with the power of yoga!
